Job summary

Family Dollar in San Manuel, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and develop the store team.

You will assist with opening/closing, merchandising, inventory, loss prevention, and ensuring compliance with corporate directives while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Assist in organizing merchandise and maintaining seasonal areas.
