This full-time position offers a salary range of $20.00 - $29.75 per hour, with flexible scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and understand merchandising layouts and policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as store ambassador, providing excellent hospitality.
• Manage team schedules aligned with guest shopping hours.
• Analyze sales and P&L reports for business decisions.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Train team members through The Fresh Market Academy.
