Role Overview

The Assistant Store Manager supports the store's overall performance by fostering a sales culture, ensuring excellent customer service, and motivating the team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Generation: Lead by example to meet sales goals, analyze reports for opportunities, set performance standards, and develop marketing strategies.
  2. Customer Service: Ensure high service standards, maintain client communication, resolve issues efficiently, and empower staff in customer interactions.
  3. Operations: Oversee store maintenance, cash controls, inventory management, staff training, and security protocols.
  4. Merchandising/Visual: Implement merchandising directives, ensure store presentation aligns with visual standards, and communicate inventory needs.
  5. Human Resources: Address HR issues with the Store Manager, assist with payroll, and uphold grooming standards.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in PC programs including Excel, Word, Outlook.
Education

College degree preferred but not mandatory.
