Job summary

Kindthread Happy Valley, Oregon, United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Store Manager in driving performance and guest experiences. You will lead scheduling, service, merchandising, inventory and safety while mentoring staff and boosting sales in a competitive market.

Qualifications

Have at least 2 years of retail or sales leadership experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding store targets.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
FT 32-40 hours weekly.

Support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance and guest experience.
Lead, mentor, and motivate store employees; develop strategies to boost sales.
Manage scheduling, customer service, merchandising, and inventory control.
Oversee budgets, payroll, and adherence to procedures in partnership with the Store Manager.
