Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role preferred but not required.
• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• A current and valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation and direction to store teammates to meet objectives.
• Ensure guest service, store financial performance and operational goals are achieved.
• Occasionally perform duties of Lube Techs and Mechanics as needed.
