Majors Management-Maritime Farms is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations onsite in Maine. You will train and develop a team to deliver a superior guest experience while achieving sales goals.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with pay range $18-$20 per hour and eligibility for training-based incentives. Prior retail leadership is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.
