Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and control costs to meet budgeted operating margins.
• Oversee accurate sales and loan transactions.
• Analyze reports and recommend actions.

• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and training per guidelines.
• Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to team members.
