Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Store management experience in retail environment is preferred.

• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays; ensure standards are met.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits/receipts; support loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store floor and organized stockroom; protect assets.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines; ensure staff follow procedures.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Ensure cleanliness of the store, restrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
