Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; reading and explaining directives required.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and stock merchandise on sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Train and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Protect assets and follow store policies.
• Support with payroll, scheduling, and cash handling as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
