You will manage inventory, assist with budgeting and payroll tasks, train team members, handle cash, and implement promotions to drive sales. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required; 21+ age.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or in a retail managerial role.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.
• Experience with inventory control and cash handling.
• Basic budgeting/payroll knowledge preferred.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks related to store operations.
• Kitchen familiarity is a plus, but not a requirement.
