Job summary

Default Brand in Grafton, ND is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, merchandising, and customer service in a busy retail location.

Responsibilities include managing store expenses, coordinating product layout, maintaining inventory, aiding customers, and collaborating with buyers. Flexible schedule and rotating shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years: Previous Retail/Customer Service Experience
• 2 years: Previous Managerial Experience
• Bachelor's in Business Administration preferred

• Set priorities for distribution of new merchandise throughout the retail store.
• Ensure adequate inventory in all areas.

• Work closely with Retail Buyer(s) to ensure awareness of product needs and other product information throughout their assigned retail store.
• Ensure that safety is practiced when handling merchandise by employees and customers.
• Delegate authority to managerial personnel as deemed appropriate.

Job description

We have a career opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager in our Grafton, ND retail location. The Assistant Store Manager acts as the Store Manager’s partner in the overall merchandising, sales and management within his or her assigned retail store. Assistant Managers are responsible to provide the highest level of customer service and must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and rotating weekends & holidays.

Pay Range: $15.00-$18.00 depending on experience..
