Your Role

• Provide legendary customer service by exemplifying the Every Customer, Every Time concept
• Supervise associates to maintain high productivity and morale
• Assess training needs and oversee all associate training
• Manage work schedules, PTO requests, absences, and coordinate with HR
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and staff development
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory flow
• Communicate store promotions, policies, and updates effectively
• Conduct monthly meetings to align staff with store goals
• Enforce safety policies and conduct safety training as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field with at least 2 years of supervisory experience, or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience
• Previous management and retail knowledge preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Google Suite, email, web searches, proprietary software)
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record

Special Requirements

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it
• Physical ability to exert moderate effort, including lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
