Position Details

Our GIG HARBOR, WA store is seeking a Full Time Assistant Store Manager! Bring your retail leadership skills and grow with us!

• Hourly Rate: $19.71 per hour

Responsibilities

Assistant Store Managers oversee retail supervisors and staff with access to the vault and registers. They are responsible for daily store supervision to meet operational and customer service needs.

• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain store audits and LP audits at acceptable levels
• Lead semi-annual inventory
• Monitor safe procedures and cash handling
• Manage supply orders and monitor expenses
• Align payroll expenses within budget
• Delegate tasks appropriately
• Ensure payroll and employee reimbursements are up-to-date
• Maintain building and safety systems

Additional Duties

• Full Cycle Hiring: Participate in interviewing and onboarding following recruitment guidelines.
• Loss Prevention: Serve as the security lead, working with management and Loss Prevention to protect assets.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to diverse customers.
