Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Control expenses by protecting assets, managing store schedules, and handling inventory accurately and in compliance with policies and legal requirements.

Additional Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in the absence of the Store Manager, manage scheduling, staffing, and training, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to generate sales while minimizing loss.
