The role requires 1+ years of retail experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in leadership roles.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-motivated with ownership mindset.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Maintain store standards and execute procedures.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
