Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.

The role requires leadership, training, and adherence to company policies. Travel between stores in the district and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one (1) year in retail management.
• Strong English communication with customers and team.
• Ability to train and develop store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and performance of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Assist with recruitment, selection, and training of staff.

• Monitor shrink and prevent losses to meet company targets.
• Support training in selling and merchandising techniques.
