Coborn's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Minnesota to help direct and manage store operations. You will schedule, train, delegate, coach, counsel and supervise store personnel, assist the Store Manager in planning policies, and communicate expectations to the team.

You will help with ordering, merchandising, pricing, promoting flyers, and building displays while supporting Coborn’s goals of being the Best Place to Work and Best Place to Shop.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct and assist in store operations.
• Schedule, train, delegate, coach, counsel, and supervise staff.
• Assist Store Manager with planning policies and communicating expectations.
• Help order products, maintain merchandising and pricing, and build displays.
• Promote sales flyers and support Coborn’s goals: Best Place to Work and Best Place to Shop.
