Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Atlanta area to support the Store Manager in running a high-performing retail store. You will help drive sales, manage expenses, and ensure excellent customer service and merchandising standards across the district.

The role requires leadership of store staff, experience in retail management, and strong communication skills. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected as part of a standard 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Ability to lead staff and manage store operations.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store staff quality and performance.

• Lead training and development of store personnel.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of store personnel.
