Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Emmaus Junction, PA is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training). This role is available as both full-time and part-time, permanent, offering leadership opportunities in a fast-paced store environment.

You will oversee shifts, control costs, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The position requires multitasking, sound judgement, and basic math, with on-the-job training to become a store leader.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong math and judgement skills; ability to multi-task.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (yes, you even have to smile when you answer the phone)!
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portions, recipes and baking procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the front to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
