Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Pennsylvania is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training). This role leads shift operations, controls costs, and delivers excellent customer service.

As an Assistant Manager you’ll supervise 3–30 team members, greet customers, manage orders and cash, and uphold Domino's standards. This is a hands-on leadership position with opportunities to move up.

Qualifications

• Judgement and numerical ability required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make fast, accurate and consistent products per recipes and baking procedures.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain a professional grooming standard per company policy.
