Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and by phone in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Cover basic Store Manager functions by working weekends and closing shifts as required.
• Supervise in Manager's absence and support Retail Associates in daily tasks.
• Operate cash register and train new employees on checkout and donations.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports, deposits, and inventory checks.
• Ensure store security and enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, and display upkeep.
• Support onboarding and interviews for Retail Associates.
• Meet daily production and pricing goals per agency guidelines.
• Maintain neat store appearance and organized stock areas.
