GPM Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist the Store Manager, run the register, and motivate a team to upsell products and promotions.

The role requires open weekend/holiday availability, reliable transportation, and a minimum age of 18. Training and growth opportunities are available as you help manage inventory, schedules, and store performance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills in English and basic math.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays is required.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance is needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and customer service.
• Run the register with accuracy and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock levels optimal.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store, including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and adjust team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform cash handling, deposits, and assist with store financials.
