Responsibilities

Partner with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory, and team performance.
Actively sell and build customer relationships across channels.
Model expected behaviors and customer service standards.
Lead opening/closing routines, cash reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.
Manage administrative tasks: scheduling input and compliance.
Monitor key metrics and coach staff to improve outcomes.
Support talent development and succession planning.
Drive safety, asset protection and continuous improvement.
