Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Gilmer, Texas is hiring friendly, motivated people to support the store's General Manager and implement operating standards on a daily basis. You will count inventory, supervise staff, interview and onboard new team members, and ensure clean facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Experience in management or quick service restaurant is a plus.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
