Partner with the Store Manager to drive the business forward, cultivate a new store team, and create a legacy for yourself. The position is hourly with commission, emphasizing customer service and KPI-driven results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in fashion/retail
• 1+ years of sales experience
• Demonstrable understanding of relationship-driven selling
• Ability to work with all forms of technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Flexible schedule availability

Responsibilities

• Meet personal and store sales goals by delivering outstanding customer service
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships to drive repeat business
• Utilize company selling culture and training tools to meet KPI expectations
• Communicate needs to each business channel and department
• Learn and speak to each collection to build stronger stylists
• Maintain an engaged sales floor and coach staff on client relationships
• Provide in-the-moment feedback to inspire and develop the team
• Maintain visual standards and merchandise flow in front and back of house
• Remain coachable and open to feedback for role development
