Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for our retail store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service, guiding shoppers to the right products, and contributing to sales targets.

Your product knowledge and engaging attitude will help create a positive shopping experience. The role emphasizes handling transactions, processing returns, restocking, and maintaining attractive displays while staying informed about promotions and new arrivals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome customers entering the store and offer assistance.
• Listen to customers' needs and provide product recommendations.
• Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of products, arrivals and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash and card transactions, receipts, returns and exchanges.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking shelves and maintaining a tidy store.
• Ensure products are properly tagged with pricing and promotions.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store targets.
• Participate in inventory tasks and stock counts.
• Attend product knowledge training sessions.
