Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years in Women’s Specialty Retail, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong customer service and relationship-building.
Ability to analyze business trends and act on plans.
Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Passion for fashion, styling, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

Acts as a role model, develops and maintains strong customer relationships.
Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
Help drive store performance by analyzing sales trends and executing strategies.
Maintain deep knowledge of products to provide personalized styling recommendations.
Support daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising standards.
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and support the Store Manager.
