We are seeking a passionate individual with a flair for fashion and management to help lead our Pointe-Claire Fairview store.

What you will do:
  • Maximize store performance through effective staff training and management of all operational aspects;
  • Operate the store to optimize sales and inspire employees to achieve sales targets;
  • Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, hiring, and training of a highly effective sales team;
  • Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with established visual guidelines;
  • Maintain and enforce merchandise care and maintenance standards;
  • Contribute to team motivation and foster a positive work atmosphere;
  • Apply and enforce internal policies and procedures consistently to prevent losses.
