Huck’s Market is seeking a Market Assistant Manager in Kentucky to lead shift operations and help drive store profitability. The role requires hands-on leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to promote Huck’s Bucks loyalty app while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards on the floor and in the backroom.

Responsibilities

• Gives customers prompt and courteous service according to Best In Class standards
• Work the store manager's days off and at least two evening shifts per week
• Communicates effectively with store associates and management
• Follows all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances pertaining to the operation of the store
• Maintains proper uniform and provides prompt, courteous customer service
• Keeps coolers, shelves stocked and displays fronted, and uses correct pricing as listed
• Ensures store appearance is clean and well maintained: floors, windows, and restrooms
• Promotes Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers and assists with sign-up and redemption
