Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work in high-energy, team environment.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customers with a positive, approachable attitude.
• Organize and stock merchandise from delivery to floors.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain effective store front displays.
• Assist in ordering, damage processing, payroll, scheduling, cash, and loss prevention.
• Keep store and stockroom clean and organized per standards.
• Protect store assets, including cash.
• Ensure policies, safety guidelines, and procedures are followed.
• Support Store Manager in training and development.
• Foster a positive, safe environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain bathrooms and floors, restock as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
