Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Cranberry Township location. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise flows, supervise associates, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers.

This role requires strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs; prior retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop store associates.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and activities.
• Supervise and train store associates; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Organize merchandise flow from delivery to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Process payroll, scheduling, and cash handling procedures.
• Open and close store per procedures.
• Protect store assets and maintain loss prevention.
