Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in managing store assets and operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure excellent customer service as outlined in manuals.
• Support service and merchandise promotions and adhere to company policies.
