Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida City to support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help execute all store operations, maintain visual standards, and drive sales through effective coaching and engagement with shoppers.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to train and develop staff, manage priorities, and model values such as integrity, teamwork, and accountability on the sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel-like environment or retail setting.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Partner with the Store Manager to develop team members who are committed to creating a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Support store standards for merchandising and operations.
