SmartStop Self Storage in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #4028. You will be involved in leasing storage, leading a small team, assisting with maintenance, and maintaining strong tenant relationships.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am–6:00pm, Sat 9:00am–4:00pm, Sun 10:00am–2:00pm. Starting at $17.50/hour + Bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Promotes and sells storage solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Cleaning of vacated units and general property cleaning.
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Light maintenance.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance.
• Background check required.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
