Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and handle physical requirements of the job.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store fixtures and displays to promotional standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and loss prevention tasks.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
