Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership at the register and on the floor.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise reception, stocking, markdowns and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory by controlling damages and stock levels.
• Support planograms and ensure compliant visual presentation.
• Ensure cash handling integrity, refunds, overrides and deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
