Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in retail or store operations.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising store staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Motivate, encourage, and supervise store cashiers.
• Promote and resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, organization, and proper pricing.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory shrinkage, and daily reporting.
• Conduct regular store meetings and support budgeting and expense tracking.
