Responsibilities

• Customer service - assists customers with purchases, greets customers, provides product information, ringing up purchases, and handling payments.
• Serve as first point of contact for customer concerns and resolve complaints.
• Maintain store image through housekeeping, stocking, facing, and uniform compliance.
• Handle company monies and merchandise with integrity, following security procedures.
• Prepare food items neatly and timely, restock items, and explain menu items to guests.
• Adhere to laws and policies on alcohol, tobacco, lottery, sanitation, and safety.
