Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Northwoods Mall location in North Charleston, SC. You will assist the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven, profitable store.

Responsibilities include coaching sales staff, ensuring policies, driving visual standards, managing daily operations, and prioritizing tasks to maximize the customer experience. This is a full-time role requiring 32–40 hours weekly with weekend and holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in math and computer skills.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven store.
