Salary Range: $29.74 - $46.70

About the Role

The Experience Leader (ELR) at PetSmart provides exceptional leadership and service to our pet parents, driving store culture and strategies to achieve targeted results. The role involves leadership in safety, daily operations, and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store associates through recruiting, coaching, and recognition.
• Ensure a positive pet parent and associate experience, maintaining store standards and safety.
• Manage store operations, including services, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Drive business growth by achieving sales, shrink, and expense targets.
• Maintain a safe environment for pets and associates, responding to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership or customer-focused experience.
• Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications and strong communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain organization and attention to detail.

Physical and Environmental Demands

• Stand, walk, and handle pets and equipment; lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Work in a moderate noise environment with exposure to pet hair and live animals.
