Job Summary

PetSmart’s Experience Leader (ELR) is responsible for providing exceptional leadership and service to our pet parents while upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy. This role involves leading the store culture, driving the pet parent experience, and ensuring the safety of people and pets. It also includes managing daily operations, financial outcomes, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store associates, participate in hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure a positive customer and pet experience through excellent service and store standards.
• Manage store operations, including safety, compliance, and daily tasks.
• Drive business growth by achieving sales and P&L targets.

Qualifications
