Weavers Way Co-op is seeking an energetic, community-oriented leader to join our Germantown team as Assistant Store Manager. This full-time role expects 40–45 hours per week with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You should have retail management or supervisory experience, strong people leadership skills, and a passion for exceptional customer service. In this role you will oversee front-end operations, coach staff, maintain schedules, and ensure a positive checkout experience

Competenze

Demonstrated leadership experience including hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
Experience managing front-end operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
Experience handling cash and operating POS systems.

Mansioni

Manage Front End Leads and ensure a positive checkout experience.
Serve as Front End Lead as needed and cover lead shifts.
Ensure front-end coverage and assist with scheduling.
Develop and update front-end procedures and train staff.
Maintain deposits and cash paperwork and reconcile cash at shift end.
Partner with Store Manager to uphold exceptional customer service standards and contribute to store strategy.
