No evening shifts; 6 pm close, and 5 pm close on Sundays. Parking pass included.
Position Objective
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in fostering a customer and product-focused sales culture, aligning with our values and guiding principles. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, asset protection, and human resources to ensure a great customer experience and maximize profitability. Functional Responsibilities
Performance Culture
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify business needs; collaborate with the Store Manager to execute sales strategies.
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to brand, performance, and behavior standards.
- Manage payroll and supply budgets.
- Oversee operational activities such as scheduling, inventory, opening/closing duties, timesheet review, and merchandise flow.
- Handle financial activities like cash handling, price changes, and register transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with laws, loss prevention policies, and operational procedures; train associates accordingly.
- Manage inventory receipt, dispatch, replenishment, and physical inventories.
- Maintain visual presentation, organization, and facility cleanliness.
- Develop a high-performance team, motivating sales and productivity goals.
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Building High Performing Teams
- Motivate and inspire the team, fostering a shared vision and core values.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years retail management experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn new technology
- Proven customer service and sales leadership skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Leadership, training, and team-building abilities
- Knowledge of store operations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
