Come lead with us at our stylish team, dedicated to inspiring women to express their individuality through fashion and social experiences.

We offer great pay and benefits! We are looking for a dynamic addition to our management team. The ideal candidate will have an UPBEAT ATTITUDE, excellent selling skills, and retail management experience.

No evening shifts; 6 pm close, and 5 pm close on Sundays. Parking pass included.

Position Objective

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in fostering a customer and product-focused sales culture, aligning with our values and guiding principles. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, asset protection, and human resources to ensure a great customer experience and maximize profitability. Functional Responsibilities
Performance Culture
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify business needs; collaborate with the Store Manager to execute sales strategies.
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to brand, performance, and behavior standards.
  • Manage payroll and supply budgets.
  • Oversee operational activities such as scheduling, inventory, opening/closing duties, timesheet review, and merchandise flow.
  • Handle financial activities like cash handling, price changes, and register transactions accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, loss prevention policies, and operational procedures; train associates accordingly.
  • Manage inventory receipt, dispatch, replenishment, and physical inventories.
  • Maintain visual presentation, organization, and facility cleanliness.
  • Develop a high-performance team, motivating sales and productivity goals.
  • Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Building High Performing Teams
  • Motivate and inspire the team, fostering a shared vision and core values.
  • Promote inclusive, collaborative problem-solving.
  • Communicate effectively to lead positive change.
  • Seek personal development opportunities and feedback to enhance leadership skills.
Customer Experience
  • Promote MAPS principles for excellent personal service and omni-channel experience.
  • Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet customer needs.

  • Ensure efficient register operations and adherence to payment policies.
  • Maintain ongoing customer communication and engagement strategies.

  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Support training programs and evaluate team performance.
  • Address HR issues promptly and effectively.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding employee performance.
  • Ensure adherence to employment policies.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years retail management experience preferred
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Leadership, training, and team-building abilities
  • Knowledge of store operations
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Constant walking/standing (67-100%)
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%)
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%)
