This role offers hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen. You will learn to manage a multi-million-dollar store, build and develop effective teams, and create a welcoming community meeting place. These foundational principles prepare partners for future careers in store management and leadership.
