Job Overview

The Store Manager's mission is to lead within the LensCrafters organization, deliver key performance indicators, and ensure a flawless customer experience by integrating the Brand Story.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service.
2. Provide training and coaching using company programs.
3. Analyze reports to improve store KPIs such as NPS, sales, customer count, and others.
4. Attract and hire engaged team members to ensure optimal staffing.
5. Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance customer and patient experiences.
6. Maintain store standards in operations, inventory, and visual presentation.
7. Implement and uphold safety programs to ensure a safe and enjoyable work environment.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
3. Knowledge of operations, processes, and business implications.
4. Strong influencing, negotiating, and team management skills.
5. Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
6. Excellent communication and listening skills.
7. Basic math skills and familiarity with cash registers and computers.
8. Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

1. College degree or equivalent.
2. State licensure or ABO Certification (if applicable).
3. LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification.
4. Experience in customer service and retail.
5. Knowledge of store merchandise and business acumen, including LC Dashboard.
