CAMP Miami is hiring a Full-time Assistant Store Manager to guide families through our retail experience and ensure a magical visit. You will support KPI targets, lead the Canteen floor, coach staff, and collaborate with leadership to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Open availability; full-time role with ~40 hours/week.
• Prior experience in retail, child-care, child development/education, or performing arts.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day store operations to meet KPI targets.
• Collaborate with the GM to develop action plans and timelines to achieve objectives.
• Lead and model a results-driven approach to sales and customer service.
• Oversee the Canteen floor as Manager on Duty to meet operational needs.
• Coach staff to improve selling opportunities and build customer relationships.
• Create and implement visual merchandising strategies to increase sales.
• Assist in managing labor spend to optimize costs and profits.
• Support training and development of team members.
