Qualifications

At least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
Ability to lead, motivate and communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
Ability to train, coach and develop Associates.
Highly developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Able to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
Ability to work a variety of shifts.
Must be able to move around all areas of the store.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of Store Operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
Ensure that Company Standards and Expectations are met.
Executes business plan to deliver desired sales and profit.
