7 Leaves Café is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store performance, including people leadership, operations, guest experience, and financial results. This hands-on leader will coach in real time, make decisions, and hold the team accountable to deliver exceptional service and maintain standards.

The role is onsite in Los Angeles County, with a focus on shaping culture, developing future leaders, driving profitability, and partnering with District Managers to grow the business

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, finances, and team development to increase profitability.
• Regularly review store environment and key metrics; develop action plans to address challenges.
• Coach team members for growth and maintain a customer-first attitude.
• Provide training to maintain 7 Leaves Cafe standards.
• Drive sales and efficiency; solve problems to sustain operations.
• Inspire a goal-driven team to positively impact the community.
• Collaborate with District Managers to align decisions with business goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
