Job Description

As a Monro Assistant Store Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of store operations, including the efficient, productive, and safe operation of our service bays. This role is a great starting point for your career at Monro. From day one, you will begin a comprehensive management training program covering all aspects of your role, preparing you for future responsibilities. As an automotive manager, you will build lasting relationships with our guests and work as part of a team to deliver 5-star guest experiences, ensuring their vehicles are safe and reliable.

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $18 to $21, with additional compensation and incentives based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager on store operations, including hiring, training, coaching, discipline, and termination of employees.
• Support automotive technicians by training and developing team members on shop operations and guest services.
• Assist with employee scheduling, completing timecards, and assigning work to technicians.
• Perform duties of an automotive technician when needed.
• Attend meetings and clinics to stay current on tools, parts, and repair techniques.
