Job summary

Monro is seeking an Assistant Manager in Covington, LA to act as MOD in the store when needed and to help manage automotive service operations. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, meeting time commitments, and ensuring high quality repairs and maintenance.

You will support sales goals, assist technicians, and oversee inventory while maintaining store standards and safety guidelines. This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for growth within Monro's network.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certification and State Inspection License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule guest appointments for optimal technician utilization and timely completion of services/repairs.
• Inform and recommend tire and service products to achieve sales goals; address guest needs and build loyalty.
• Assist technicians in conveying repair needs to guests and maintain store cleanliness and Monro standards.
• Oversee inventory management including tires and parts; provide direction to staff.
